    match vertically from 3 cells.

    The picture below shows my database in which I do not know how to make it so, that when there is a match vertically in all 3 cells (C-D-F), the value in B must be written in L (the picture should explain it).
    As in photo where C5=C23 and D5=D23 and E5=E23 so the value in B5 is written in L23 and the value in B23 is written in L5.
    Can anyone help me as I am unaware of what to do to make this happen?
