INDEX Match with UNIQUE Results (Non Duplicate)

I am having an issue with my Formula because the results are returning duplicates.

Here is the formula I am using:

    =IFERROR(INDEX($B$4:$B$15,MATCH(M36,$I$4:$I$15,0)),"N/A")

I have attached the workbook and the formula is on the Stats Tab.

I am looking for there not to be duplicate results.

    Try this array formula.
Paste it in L36, confirm with Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of just Enter, then drag down:

This appears to work....but I cannot figure out why it is referencing column A? Column A is not a ranking.... just the listing of the people.
