need help how to combine a formula of a winning streak with a criteria of within a range

I'm using this formula for my overall data of winning streak

=MAX(FREQUENCY(IF(M1:M100 = "TP hit", A1:A100),IF(M1:M100 = "TP hit", 0,A10:A100)))

"TP hit" means "win"
A1:A100 = row of 1-100 numbers

So my problem is I want to combine this formula into my overall winning streak
(H1:H100,">="&AP1, H1:H100,"<="&AP2)

I'm using this formula combining with SUMIFS and COUNTIFS but I cant combine it with FREQUENCY. Anyone can help me here ?

Actually I have a helper column here
AP1 = Start of the month
AP2 = End of the month
H1:H100 = is the dates
