    Sorting formular

    Hi friends
    i hope you are doing well.
    I have data in my sheet named collector
    i faced a big challenge of finding sorting formular automatic to get five best people with big numbers and five weakest people with the smallest numbers.
    Apart from that i need to sort them based on their ***, as you can see to the attachment what i need i put it manual.
    I need you help please.

    Sounds like what you are looking for is the SMALL and LARGE functions. And to rank based on Male or Female, you need an array formula. Here is an article that can help with that array

    Are you still on 2007 or have you upgraded since 2016. if you've updated to MS365, you can these formulas:

    For 5 highest points:
    =TAKE(SORTBY(B7:W40,T7:T40,-1),5)

    For 5 Weakest (in order that you are showing them:

    =SORT(TAKE(SORTBY(B7:W40,T7:T40,1),5),19,-1)
