List Unique NUMBERS in multiple ranges

Attached is a sample workbook of what I am working with.
The workstation has Excel LTSC 2021 installed. From what I can tell, "Filter" and "Sort" formula functions are not working with this version.
I have multiple ranges:
D14:J20
D22:J24
D26:J37
I'd like to list the unique values from these ranges in numeric order, lowest to highest.
There are conditions, values to not include: anything with: "PTO","FLMA","-F","-P","OFF"

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am struggling as all my attempts and research are not working with the version of excel installed.
