Randomly assign tasks evenly to user by groups restriction

Hi,

how can I randomly assign tasks evenly to user by groups restriction?

I'm able to randomly assign without group restriction with formulas Rand(), Rank(), Filter().

However, there are restrictions for each user on what tasks can be assigned. For example, User1 can only be assigned with task from Group1, then user2 can be assigned with task from Group1 & Group2.

Hope someone can help out here.

It is better to attach a sample Excel workbook, rather than a picture of one (which can't be edited, and in your case can't even be read very easily). The yellow banner at the top of the screen gives details of how to do this.
