Vlookup Help?

I believe I am overthinking the solution so open to suggestions.

Tab labeled "Dashboard" needs to provide the totals from the monthly tabs (labeled Jan, Feb, Mar).

So I guess I'm asking how do I get Column H (from each tab) to populate into the dashboard tab? Sample sheet attached for clarification.

Put this in B2 and copy across and down. The column headers Jan, Feb, Mar must match the tab name for it to work.

How do I get the A column from the Month tab included in the formula? I assume that is related to "INDIRECT(B$1&"!H:H"" but instead of B it will be A?
