Inventory Tracking Formula

Hi All,

I hope all of you are well. I'm not sure if its possible and I was trying to figure it out myself but, unfortunately I have reached dead end.

I would like to update my inventory stock take that I am using to perform this in more quicker way.

At the moment I do have 3 tabs. Total Tab, Add Tab and Remove Tab where I am adding items either in Add or Remove Tab which totals the items and they are calculated in Total Tab giving the correct number in stock (Add - Remove = Total).

As One Item can have several Sub-Items in stock I am wondering if there is formula that would calculate the the items to be removed. At the moment I am removing Sub-Items one by one.

For example Item A have Sub-Items 1, 2, 3 and 4.

What I would like to do is to write Item A in Colum A and formula would add it in Colum B,C,D, E one of Sub-Items 1,2,3 and 4.

Not really sure if the above is clear but, please let me know if you have any questions.

Is it clear in your datasets that sub items are part of items...? Could you share a file with a sample of your data?
