DAX Earlier IF formulas / statements

=IF(COUNTROWS(FILTER('PATIENT COUNT - RAW DATA - per Dr',[PatientID]=EARLIER('PATIENT COUNT - RAW DATA - per Dr'[PatientID])&&[Name of Branch]=EARLIER([Name of Branch])&&[InvoiceDate]>EARLIER([InvoiceDate]))),1,0)


please help me, I would like to fix the above formula:
1. If clinic = ER and for the Earlier Clinic <> ER
2. And for invoce Date is less than 2 days in other clinics (not ER) "
