Hourly Payroll Template (needs help)

Hola!

I have this payroll template and the formula that calculates the hours, and posts to the 'Hourly Summary' tab, is not correct.
Can anyone take a quick look and inform me of this error?

note:
I was able to do this 'Hourly Pay Data' tab, click J2, click the Formulas menu, click the Insert Function, and click the OK button. Now, this makes it work. I had to do this process on J3, J4, J5, and so on, though all the J cells had the ERROR.
The 'Hourly Summary' tab has a formula in B4, =COUNT('Hourly Pay Data'!A:A)-1 This formula is subtracting 1 from the record count on the 'Hourly Pay Data' tab

Hi there,

The COUNT formula ('Hourly Summary' tab) does only count cells with a numeric value. As the header is 'ID' it is not counted. Therefore, you can remove the '-1' at the end of the formula.

On the 'Hourly Pay Data' in column J, the IFS function only works in Office 365 and Office 2019 onwards.
If you keep having issues with this, replace the formula in cell J2 with:
