Dragging data across cells not working

Hi,

I have attached a sample spreadsheet and explained on their what i need to do.

Dragging cells across the spreadsheet is not doing what i want.

I might need a new formula that can enable me to drag the cells, as i have a lot of data.

Unless their is another method.

Please could someone take a look and help.

You can use this formula in C1:

=($A1+COLUMNS($C:C))/($B1+COLUMNS($C:C))

then you can copy across and down as required.
