I apologize if this has been resolved, but none of my searches have produced an answer.
On a Yahtzee Scorecard, if you score a second (or third or fourth) Yahtzee, you are awarded an additional 100 points per Yahtzee. On the card, you would place a check mark for each additional Yahtzee, earning 100 Points per checkmark.
I've been trying to figure out how to apply this as a Formula.
For example, if I have an "X" in Cell E21, Cell E22 would display 100. If I have an "X" in Cells E21 AND F21, Cell E22 would change to 200. Lastly, if I have an "X" in Cells E21, F21, and G21, Cell E22 would change to 300. On a side note, if I MOVE the "X" from E21 to F21 to G21, I can get the value to change, I just can't get it to work if there's an "X" in more than one of that group.
Is there a way of changing a value in ONE cell, based on a value existing in a GROUP of cells?
The closest I got (but can't remember how), was I got E22 to read 100200300, based on an "X" being entered in the above Cells (E21, F21, and G21).
All my other formatting is spot on and I look forward Offering this Scorecard to the Community.
Regards,
Greg
