how to round prices using formula

Hello guys, I found this group on internet,
I was wondering if you can help me with an excel formula for prices,
How can I round price from 0.1 to 0.5 for example to 0.49, or from 0.5-1 to 0.99.
Example if I have a price of 1.37 turn it automatically 1.49
Or if I have a price 3.67 turn it automatically to 3.99

Try this:

=CEILING(cell,0.5)-0.01

where cell is the cell reference that contains the raw price.

NOTE that you may need to use semicolons ( ; ) instead of commas ( , ) in the formula, depending on your regional settings.
