Find and Match in excel using two data tables

Hi,

I'm trying to match the name of my employees with their movie titles.

I have 2 reference table, one which lists all my employees name and the movies their worked on and the other reference table states the movie (note sometimes the movie is spelt in different ways) and its corresponding code.

I'm trying to create a a table (similar to the first reference table, however instead it displaying the actual movie title I need it in code.

I have attached an excel with the desired results.

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.
