How to turn string of text into barcode with actual text under barcode

I have a kind of challenging task I cant accomplish on my own, I have text string as follows
"MEN-FP-CUSTOMYOURTEXT-2XL-GRY"

I want middle part "CUSTOMYOURTEXT" turned into barcode and placed on top of "MEN-FP-CUSTOMYOURTEXT-2XL-GRY" either in the same raw or in the raw under it.
I can accomplish turning "CUSTOMYOURTEXT" into barcode with a formula and barcode font but it's in next raw. also if in column C quantity is more than 1 I need same number of labels printed out on "2-1/4" x 1-1/4" size paper. each barcode on each 2-1/4" x 1-1/4 label, so maybe return value as individual PDF pages that will be 2-1/4" x 1-1/4 size?

If this is for a quick project and not for an actual business problem where you'd buy a label printer; then you can buy sheets of labels from an office supplies store. These label sheets usually have an identification number on the packaging, which tells you the MS-Word template to use in order to print correctly onto the labels. Then you just YouTube how to do a mail-merge from Excel to Word and print to the labels using the template.
