Remove duplicate rows after first occurrence

I have a data set where there are multiple rows with almost duplicate entries.

I want to remove all the duplicates after the first unique row in the data set.

I know how to use the unique formula on the employee Id and then track down each one, but its too time consuming.

Any short way of doing it is greatly appreciated.
