Formula to calculate number of cars in city

Hello,

I'm struggling in making a formula to calculate number of car-class in the city there are in.
I was trying to make it with COUNTIF, XLOOKUP and COUNTIFS but I don't know how to make them be dependent on respective city.

For example:
I have 2 B class, 1 B AUT class and 3 C class cars in POZNAŃ. C car-class can be count as B class, B AUT as B as well. So formula should give me 6 B class cars in POZNAŃ.

That I can do with only COUNTIF but when I'm giving a list more than only POZNAŃ as city, the formula doesn't work and takes all cars in all cities.

Could someone tell me, what formula should I work on and show me, how it's supposed to be done on B AUT class for example?

I've attached a file to give you a better idea of ​​what I mean.
I want data pasted into columns T and U to complete the entire table in respective places.
