Hi, I was wondering what is wrong with my formulas for the following criteria/questions in the provided workbook. The first tab deals with a simple averageif question that I feel like I am overthinking. But the second tab (Vlookup), I am really confused on why my syntax is not working to produce a blank cell if the account doesnt exist.

You have two sides of a comparison ... A<B. What do you get from each side of that comparison? And what happens when you compare them? Split the formula into two halves, put them in separate cells, and remove the IFERROR. What do you see? Is one less than the other?
