Excel Formula for sorting a result

Hi everyone,
I face a problem in my excel formula for sorting a status of an item.

I want the status of material code in data 2 is come from data 1 that has been sorted and the CANCEL and TECO result will be excluded as shown in the picture above.

In cell G3, I want the status to be PR and PO because the one we excluded is TECO and CANCEL.
how to do that and what if there are more than 2 status that is not TECO or CANCEL in one material code?
Can i include all those status in 1 cell?

Btw can I ask you a few questions?

Can you explain a bit about the aggregate formula?
And when I try this logic to take the status value from another excel file, the TECO and CANCEL value still included in the formula result and the sometimes the status in result didn't match with the data source with . Why is that happen?

this one didn't exclude the TECO and CANCEL status.
Can you kindly explain what is the 2;1/(B2:$B$13=G3);C2:C13 means?
