    Highlight based on two criteria

    Hello,

I have a list that contains first names in column A and last names in column B, plus other data. I want to identify duplicate individuals - instances in which a given row matches both column A and B from another row. There are individuals with the same first name, and some with the same last name. Those are fine. The highlighting should only apply to rows with the same first and last name.

For some reason, this formula is not working: =AND($A:$A,$B:$B)

An example sheet is attached. This is probably a really simple one that I'm just overlooking. I realize that I could concatenate columns A and B into a separate column, then do standard highlighting of duplicates, but adding an additional column is not ideal in this case, if avoidable.

    Thank you,
