Conditional Formatting for Social Security number

I would like to be able to highlight cells that do not match a 000-00-0000 format. Is there a way to do this?

    Please, and thank you!!!example.xlsx

I've added a document showing what I'm wanting but done manually by applying a fill.

Re: Conditional Formatting for Social Security number

    Hi kvsrinivasamurthy,
What I'm trying to do is when the numbers are not in the correct format the color is changed.
So for example if ###-##-#### is entered it stays white, because that is correct format. But if ##-##-#### is entered it changes colors as this is an incorrect format.
