A simple conditional formatting question

Hi all. I know this is a simple request but I'm hopeless with syntax of formulae!

I am trying to format cells in a 10 by 6 range, based on cell values in a specific column. I get that I need to highlight the range, conditional formatting, use formula to format cells and add new rule. But what exactly to I need in the condition box please? I have attached a file demonstrating what I require.

Hi. Forum Rule 1 is very short. It states: "Title must briefly summarize your request."

A GOOD thread title is the sort of thing you would use as a search term on Google. Your chosen title would produce a squillion useless hits. You need to take a bit more time to think of a descriptive title that would be "Google-friendly". Many people search the forum answers looking for help and your very general title wouldn't help them at all.


By now, you should be familiar with the rules. So, beofre ANY help is offered YOU must change the title to something that matches the guidance, above.

To edit the thread title, open the original post and click "Edit Post" (bottom right) to access the area where you can edit your title.


NO HELP TO BE OFFERED UNTIL A SUITABLE TITLE HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
