Need Help to get the date wise count for each item company wise

Hi,
I have a data in which items orders against each company is mentioned. The problem here is the order gets added with the days order suppose order has been received from ABC Company for Fans on 01-04-2023 for 5 nos and on 02-04-2023 the order received is for 3 nos but the data which we get from our superiors in that for 02-04-2023 total is mentioned which includes 01-04-2023 and 02-04-2023 both days included ie 8 I am interested only the data to show 3 nos can any one help with this one. This is the monthly record statement.

Thanks for the pivot table here what i am getting is the count as it appears in the data what i need is day count minus previous date count. Eg for ABC company for item Fans 01-04-2023 it is 5 and for 02-04-2023 it is 8 ( 8 included 5 of 01-04-2023 so i need 3 for 02-04-2023. Hope this is clear and I think pivot won't be able to get me my count so i asked for formulas.
