Group by multiple criteria - Unique values

Hello! Need a formula in Column E. If the same "Route" (Column B") is worked by different names in the same Department (Column C) , then mark as Multiple in Column E.
If the same "Route" is worked by the same name in the same department, then mark with the Name in Column E.
