Please need help, I have a dropdown or list box with a formula. Select any list to jump to that particular cell and highlight.
Previously this was done for a single line or word in a cell but now each cell has multiple lines so the dropdown cannot identify which cell it is referring to.

I have a dropdown box (combobox) that links to cell E1 and has a cell range of B3:M18.
Selecting any value from the combo box should automatically highlight or goto that specific cell in the range (B3:M18).
Sheet1(single line)
This sheet is just an example. Here is the combo box connecting E1 and B3: B18 the cell range. When I select any value from the combo box it displays in D1 which has a hyperlink to B3:B18.
In this sheet, my range is just one column B3:B18 and each cell value is a single line or word so it's very easy for me to link.
But here I need help in Sheet2(multiple rows) B3:M18 each cell has multiple lines and multiple columns.

I copied this to another sheet and used one word per cell. When I click on D1 it just goes to cell E1. It does not go to the cell selected in the dropdown.
Rather than select the cell(s) why not just highlight them with conditional formatting, you can try the below CF formula in range B3:M19 for the sheet: Multiple Lines:

Highlighting a cell is good but when it is highlighted have to find the cell ourselves. When we select the dropdown we can go directly to that cell if possible and highlight it.

Can get it working with helper columns and removing the line breaks from the text, see attached.

Really sorry, there is a problem with column (S3:S197) changing daily, which I forgot to mention. I'm having trouble accepting your formula in my original file because column S contains the formula. Is there any way to handle this situation please.
