Looking for milestone trend analysis

I am looking for a easy way to view the trend of target date vs actual date on how much delays we are seeing with respect to the original target date. How many milestones do we have that have been achieved (actual date) that are delayed by a week, how many delayed by a month or how many delayed by more than 3 months. Is there a simple formula or pivot chart we can create?milestone target vs actual dates.xlsx

Thank you for the welcome and your prompt reply. Sorry my problem was not properly worded. I will try to rephrase - I wanted to see the trend on actual dates (achievement) i.e. how many milestones were achieved late by one week, how many milestones were delayed to be achieved by a month and how many milestones took more than 3 months (actual date > 3months) to achieve when it is compared to target date. I have attached the revised sheet with some manual calculation - refer column DEF for my manual calculation. GHI on what I desire. Basically I wanted to plot the trend or show by pivot to my manager on how much is the delays we are seeing in achieving milestone from target date (planned date)Revised sample sheet.xlsx
