Can I have a conditional VSTACK?

Hey everyone,

I'm struggling with creating a summary table using VSTACK

Collected in this attached export is 2 x columns for Plant, Equipment & Machinery, each attached to a date

I need all the Plant/Equipment/Machinery, from all 6 columns, to stack per date - one underneath each other (like a summary table)

I've provided an example in the attached Excel sheet with the desired format

Is this possible to do with VSTACK? I'm not sure what formulas might work for this output & any help would be greatly appreciated
