    Conditional Formatting - Compare two dates, where one date is greater I would like red col

    Hi

    so I have two columns:

    Debit Note date (H2) Date Debit Note sent to AP (M2)
    18/07/2023 19/07/2023

    Where the (M2) Date Debit Note is after and not equal to (H2) Debit Note date (1st col) I need the column to be red and another formula for the flip of this to be green. Where the 2nd column Date Debit Note sent to AP (M2) is equal to or before the 1st column date I need it to be green. How can I write this in a formula. I've tried this but doesn't work:

    Formula: =M2>=H2
    column red

    Thanks
    Leanne
