How to rank data with multi criteria without duplicate? And Sum by group?

Hi All,

I want to rank data with multi criteria without duplicate,
And also sum data by group as the total sum should be appeared at the last number of every package (pls see the "Expected" column and the result in gold highlight).

Thank you so much for your help. I also tried your formula; however, if I add more package and product code then the formula will not work.
