Question Referencing a cell in a separate worksheet, but only if another cell has "Yes"

Hi! I'm looking to reference a cell in a separate worksheet (Sheet Labeled 'Work Notes') but only if a different cell in the worksheet labeled 'Work Notes' contains the text "Yes". This is the formula I have tried so far and it has not worked:

    =IF('Work Notes'!K2="Yes",'Work Notes'!A2,"")

    Any advice?

    Thanks!
