Need fornula to calculate week total of individual from sheet data

Dear Expert

I have set of data which contains individual team member weekly updated roaster report,

i have weekly sheet i want find how many shifts hours covered by each week individually in table. 1 and table 2
table1 result shows data sheet, table 2 shows nos
if i select G5 team emp name report will show from Data Sheet table according Date and Weeknos.

column A:A Date between for weeks i will assign date range later for all the dates.



I have table set the weeknos table from 01/23 till 12/23. and have scenario sheet which represent the hours table

formula need to fill from C11

WHAT do you expect to see? WHERE do you expect to see it? HOW would you calculate it manually?

C11 on which sheet????? Week reports, where C11 is hidden, or somewhere else, where it's either in the middle of a pile of numbers or in the middle of nothing

Your dates in "Data" to not align with those in "Week Table": hence formula in "Data" row 1 are incorrect.

Looking at your other post on copying schedules, please spend time thinking through what you want as you have data repeated in many forms. DESIGN first then BUILD.

The daily hours are currently set at 7.6: should they be calculated on the shift times ???
