If formula with multiple conditions

I have a set of customers that are potentially moving to a new package. Some of these customers may have already purchased and I want to identify them. To count as migrated, they would either have purchased a newer version of the package or moved to a bundle for the same subject.
To count as partially migrated, they must still be on the old package but have also purchased something else in that subject, so they have something new and something old. Anything else counts as not migrated.

In the spreadsheet, anything in column G with True counts as migrated. Also, any full bundles that are for the same subject as column B, for example if column B is English the column to check for True is D, but if it is French the column to check is E. Another check is for any that have True in column C but don't have the newer version or the full bundle for that subject; they count as partially migrated. Finally, any that don't meet any of those categories count as not migrated.

I can't work out the formula to check this, but my assumption is it's an IF formula.
