Isnumber Search Multiple Criteria

I am trying to figure out a formula to return "True" if a cell contains any specific text out of a list of other cells.

For instance, cells A41 and A44 they contain a word that is in the cells Y2:Y16, so in cell S41 and S44 I'd like it to return "True".
