Unhappy Help please- trying to add a 'within one year' contingency to a formula

    Hi!

I am making a tracking spreadsheet to show how we go from phonecalls to meetings to working with people, and I want to show a summary including:
    1. The number of 'non-meeting' contacts held across all contacts, including duplicates with the same people
    2. The number of meetings held across all contacts- including duplicates with the same people and
    3. the number of meetings held across all contacts- excluding duplicates with the same people within one year.

All of these are to be countifs- only counting meetings (or not) that have happened (which must be taken from the 'actual date held column- which is only filled in after completion- so if that column is not blank, it is counted). It is the last one I am particularly struggling with- the spreadsheet has dates of the meeting, but I don't know how to say 'within 12 months of today's date-Image of example spreadsheet below:
Please can anyone help? Thanks so much!

There is no 2020 version of Excel - what do you have? Please update your forum profile. Do this NOW.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

But you have not updated your forum profile - please do so NOW.

Where in the workbook have you mocked up your expected results?
