Try this formula copied down...
=SUMIF(C$2:M$2,E11,C$7:M$7)
Note: Your count for 4520 is incorrect (there are two columns headed by that number).

I've updated my spreadsheet using your SumIF and created a macro for copying the range and Sorting it as I wanted.
