I want to match col F to COLA and pull corresponding ColA cell value to COL E.
Yellow marked is the same data but unable to pull from vlookup.

You can't look up that way round with VLOOKUP. Try XLOOKUP instead:
=XLOOKUP(F2,$B$2:$B$9000,$A$2:$A$9000,"",0)
This should work, however it doesn't seem to.
Please provide a MUCH SMALLER sample workbook (maximum 50 rows) in which you know there are matches so that I can troubleshoot. Clearly nothing is matching at the moment - you may have trailing spaces or something like that.
