Breaking Down An Average By Month

Good morning! I will attach file at the end. I have a formula that tracks cases by month and worker. =COUNTIFS('Case Review 2023'!$C:$C,">="&DATE(2023,1,1),'Case Review 2023'!$C:$C,"<="&DATE(2024,1,1),'Case Review 2023'!$A:$A,"Ali").

I also have a formula that tracks how long it took this worker to open a case that has been assigned. =IFERROR(AVERAGEIF('Case Review 2023'!$A:$A,"Ali",'Case Review 2023'!$E:$E),"")

Ultimately, I would like to create a line chart that graphs by month his average of this statistic. So far, I am not quite getting it right.
Failed example: =COUNTIFS('Case Review 2023'!$C:$C,">="&DATE(2023,1,1),'Case Review 2023'!$C:$C,"<="&DATE(2024,1,1),'Case Review 2023'!$A:$A,"Ali",'Case Review 2023'!$E:$E,AVERAGE(""))

Which version of Excel is this for?

Where are these formulae and where do you want the new one? I can't see where you have manually mocked up the outcomes you expect. Could you let us know exactly where these things are?

Absolutely. Version is 365. The cell in question is AJ15 on the charts tab. I would like to break down the case review 2023 tab by worker (column A), the month (column c) and an average of column E for that worker and month. So, Ali would have two numbers to average for January. 48 and 38.

EDIT: I have looked - where do you want these results to appear and in what format? You need to mock this up MANUALLY with a few expected results.
