How to count how many times word appears (and compare it to quantity before adding it up). Same word can be multiple times in one cell. Please see example attached.

Thank you for prompt replies. But I think I expressed my problem unclearly. Quantity column is essential part of my problem.
In example.xlsx row 3 should not be counted because quantity of sets is 0. And line 5 should be counted as 2 because quantity of set "hammer+hammer" is 1. (If quantity of "hammer+hammer" sets would be 2, count of that row should be 4).
