Copy the cell content as text and not as formula value

I'm creating a timesheet and want to give the ability to the employee to copy and paste the filename suggested.

So, by using starting date and their name, i've created a formula that suggest the filename as this:

Timesheeet - Firstname Lastname - StartDate - EndDate

When i copy and paste this line, it paste the formula info,
ex: =CONCAT("Timesheet - ",D3," - ",TEXT(B3,"YYYY-MM-DD")," - ",TEXT(B3+13,"YYYY-MM-DD"),".xlsx")

What I want is:
Timesheet - Firstname Lastname - 2024-01-14 - 2024-01-27.xlsx

How do I get this?
