Identify unique values help?

I'm trying to apply some conditional formatting to highlight values that don't match. So if A2 matches B2 and matches C2 then do nothing, if they don'tmatch each other, highlight the non matches.

I don't want helper columns since my data table is already huge and about to become bigger, and filtering isn't a good solution since I often have blank cells as well.

I really appreciate the help, I haven't used excel for a while now and I'm rusty getting back in the saddle, thank you!
