HELP- Multiple tablised dates represented on a single calendar line

Morning All,

I have a list of dates that can be automatically grouped into 3 routes (Col B) Ideally i want to see all of the items for 1x group (Row 1.1-1.7) on a single line (line 1) in a gantt view. This can then be repeated for 2 and 3.

I cant share the file right now due to work IT restrictions but it would be good to know that it is an achievable request before engaging the others in the business.

Welcome to the forum.

Yes, this is feasible. Can't really be more specific without a sample file other than to say that you'd need one conditional formatting rule per item, so it will be fiddly (unless you are happy for items in general to show in the same colour).

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.

I have attached a file which i have drawn the RED boxes to indicate what i am after.

Any help with the condition formatting greatly appreciated.

Note: there are plenty of hidden cells on the sheet i have just tried to stream line the view for easy.
