I am working on a spread sheet. I would like to take the school info I have inputed on one tab and have it highlight the dates these individuals will be gone with this information. I would like to use the calendar to reference who and how many people will be gone at any given time. If it included any of the other info in the shaded area by person that would be an added bonus. One shows the data inputed and the other is an example of what I am looking for...I have had to manually build this, for each person/class and it's very time intensive.
