Change Formula to format by Row rather than Column

Hello,

I currently have a formuale on Sheet5, A3 Page 1 that is taking data from Sheet 1 Column I and then formating in Alphabetical order by Specie names and Grade.
However there is a lot informaton at times and doesnt fit on to 1 page so id like the formula to spreed across the page as my example on page 2 sheet5.

I have taken this selction from another workbook so there is usually addional pages on Sheet 5 so changing the print scalling options isnt an option.
