It would be interesting if you inform your version of Excel so that I can provide the correct answer.
The solution I'm giving to you is mostly for Excel 365.
Column B is with your arrows formatted to change color according to the formula bellows:
Formula:
=SWITCH(SIGN($D5-XLOOKUP("",$M5:$BB5,$L5:$BA5,,-1,2)),-1,"↓",0,"→",1,"↑")
Column K there is another set of arrows that you could use from Conditional Format, it will follow the result of the formula bellow:
Formula:
=SIGN($D5-XLOOKUP("",$M5:$BB5,$L5:$BA5,,-1,2))
Column D automatically bring the last result from your matrix:
Formula:
=XLOOKUP("",L5:BA5,L5:BA5,,-1,2)
Column A automatically form a rank, this rank follow Excel formula rule for rank:
Formula:
=LET(o,RANK.EQ($I5,$I$5:$I$35),IF(COUNTIF($I$5:$I$35,I5)>1,"=","")&o&IF(o>3,"th",SWITCH(o,1,"st",2,"nd",3,"rd")))
