How can I extract unique months from one column to an another column?

I need formula, not pivot table, no anything else, my colleague is Excel novice.
Need to summarize quantity for each unique Driver, columns group by Month and rows values are sum of Quantity

There may be two people with the same name, there will be licence plate and name to distinct two driver w/ the same name. Unique driver name(and dups, two or more same name different licence plate) in one column, other column are Months, sum of Quantity vaules for each name are in rows,
