How do I find unique values in a column but exclude the header ?

I have a simple problem

- Suppose I want to find the unique values of column K in an ever growing excel sheet how do I do that? I do not have a way of knowing what the last line is from one day to next.

Im using =UNIQUE(K:K), but how do I eliminate the first header row?

You should use a real Excel Table. Refer to the specific table column, which will always be dynamic.
Try not to refer to whole columns if you don’t need to
