Conditional formatting for cell not empty

Hi to all.
It's possible this?

Conditional formatting for cell G4
if D4 is not empty and G4 is equal to 0 or less than 0, color G4 red

I hope I explained myself.

A mistake on my part,Cell D4 is not blank but there is a formula
=IFERROR(B4-C4,"")

IFERROR will set D4 to Null so CF should still work i.e. B4-C4 will result in a value in D4 [unless you want a different result if ERROR condition occurs]
