Isnumber + match to take survey results and tally against certain email addresses

Hi All,

i am trying to tally the survey answers against the emails on another sheet. the issue im having is that the same email address will provide multiple answers (350, 330) however the formulae im using is only factoring in the first match for this email address and its not carrying out the match against the other coloumns on 'main list' sheet e.g 330, 787

350, 330 and 787 should have 'yes' if the results for a certain email has been inserted. currently its only pulling the first instant for ex all 350 results and its not allowing me to replicate this same word seach for 330 and 787

not sure if this is the best formulae, please advise if there's another way to do it?

i tried this on my spreadsheet but im getting #SPILL! error , i think its due to the survey results including words alongside the result (350, 787,330) would you be able to pull these numbers from the results? see updated example spreadsheet

also, could you advise what the number '1' listed in the formulae is doing? aswell as r and c

I don't see #SPILL! error.
