CSV File - Immigrant Children Placement Database - New York Times

I am working on a 550,000-person database published online by the New York Times that shows the placement of Unaccompanied Children across the U.S. by zip code from January 2015 to May 2023.

I am working on the data to disaggregate by zip code, city, and state. The forum helped me yesterday convert the zip code in text data to numeric form. I am now breaking down the data by state. This information could help local school districts and community social services be aware of and plan for how to help these children. They are officially classified as refugees by the Office of Refugee Resettlement in the Department of Health and Human Services.

If anyone is interested in collaborating on how to use Excel to analyze this data, I would be more than willing to discuss the data analysis needs and how you think we could best use Excel to do the analysis. You can connect with me via a private message on this forum or by replying to this post. Thanks.

We can help you to the extent that you have an Excel problem. However, please keep any discussion about Excel problems in this thread, not in private messages.

It would be helpful if you could attach the file (it may be too big; we have a limit of 1MB on .xlsx files, and 9.77MB on .zip files) or a link to where the file can be downloaded.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Does the forum software ensure that the file downloaded this way is secure?

Does Forum software EVEN ensure that files uploaded DIRECTLY onto the Forum are secure?

No, it doesn't. And this is in the wrong place: I am moving it from The Water Cooler to the Formulas & Functions section.
