Howdy,
I'm trying to build a formula that lets me take projected gains and losses for an organization and add them into the average actual headcount to date to try and build a projected end of year average. I've tried a few different ways including adding the actuals to date to an updated yearly average gain and loss, but I'm always slightly off. Any help y'all can provide would be great.

Are the expected results the ones in row 17 which is hidden in the file?
If so please explain how the values in rows 15 and 16 were manually derived.
As a side note, the formula for G14 could be written: =AVERAGE($G13:G13).
When the fill handle is dragged to the right the values are the same as those displayed currently in cells G14:R14.
